Our client, a well established and growing midsize law firm, is seeking an Associate with at least three or more years of litigation experience, including: representing clients in complex litigation, claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Construction litigation experience is not required but preferred.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction and real estate litigation matters across the country, including high-stakes commercial disputes, contract claims, and development-related litigation.

Requirements

• A JD from a nationally accredited law school
• Admission to the MN bar
• A minimum of 3 years litigation experience as an attorney
• Prefferance for Real Estate or Construction Litigation experience
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
